BIGC Design Team completed the digital video art exhibition themed “Innovation-driven Development in Step with the Olympics” for the China Film Museum.
In January 2025, Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication (BIGC) created and designed the digital art video content for the China Film Museum’s exhibition “A Splendid Dual Olympic Journey, Opening a New Chapter Together—Innovation-driven Development in Step with the Olympics”. The exhibition aimed to further promote the culture of the Dual Olympics through immersive digital art experiences. The exhibition is structured around three thematic sections: Historical Chapters, Beijing 2008, and Beijing 2022. Beginning with the rich historical and cultural heritage of Beijing, centered on the city’s remarkable achievements as the world’s only Dual Olympic City, and looking ahead to a vision of future development, the exhibition presents Beijing’s unique charm and contemporary spirit from three creative and conceptual perspectives. Rooted in its development strategy of “Creative Design and the Integration of Art and Engineering,” BIGC fully leveraged the advantages of its Design Studies discipline, recognized as a High-Level, Precision, and Advanced Discipline in Beijing. The project exemplifies BIGC’s proactive efforts in planning and promoting the sustainable use of Olympic legacies, and stands as another key example of maximizing the impact and value of the Dual Olympic heritage through digital innovation.
