BIGC and Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau Jointly Establish Industry–Academia–Research Cooperation Base
On the afternoon of May 29, 2024, leaders from the Beijing Municipal Radio and Television Bureau and BIGC jointly unveiled the Industry–Academia–Research Cooperation Base co-established by BIGC’s School of Journalism and Communication and the Beijing Urban Communication Center of Beijing Radio and Television Station. Since its pilot operation began in the fall of 2023, the base has hosted more than ten undergraduate students majoring in Journalism and graduate students majoring in Journalism and Communication for professional internships. Interns have independently participated in the production of short videos and news writing for programs such as Voice of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Moving forward, the base will continue to offer both online and offline internship opportunities for students, enabling them to take part in program content production at Beijing Radio and Television Station.
