The "Light and Print: The Spatiotemporal Heritage of Technology and Art" Exhibition Co-Hosted by BIGC Opens in Belgrade
The "Light and Print: The Spatiotemporal Heritage of Technology and Art" exhibition, co-hosted by Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication (BIGC), opened on December 21, 2025, in Belgrade, Serbia. The exhibition, centered around the themes of "Light" and "Print", showcased over 70 works that integrate cutting-edge technologies such as holographic imaging, AI-generated art, and virtual reality, aiming to revitalize cultural memories through modern technology and build a visual bridge that connects the past with the future, as well as the East with the West.

The "Light and Print: The Spatiotemporal Heritage of Technology and Art" exhibition, co-hosted by BIGC, was held in Belgrade.
In his speech, Tian Zhongli, Deputy Party Secretary and President of BIGC, stated that the exhibition is an important practice for promoting the integration of art and technology and deepening international cultural exchanges. He expressed the hope that this would serve as an opportunity to expand cooperation with Serbia in areas such as joint curating, academic research, and talent cultivation.

Tang Dasheng, Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Serbia, expressed his approval of the event being held in conjunction with the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Serbia, and said that it strongly promoted mutual learning between Chinese and foreign civilizations. Zhang Aimin, Director of the China Cultural Center in Belgrade, pointed out that this cooperation showcased the resonance between the two countries in the field of digital art. Zoran Levic, Director of the Museum of Science and Technology in Serbia, said that the exhibition provided local audiences with a new window to perceive Chinese culture.
