The School of International Education at Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication (BIGC) has launched the mini-programme "Tracing Beijing and Sensing the Central Axis". As an outcome of the National Conditions Education Project of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education, the mini-programme was jointly developed by more than 70 international students from 12 universities in Beijing and has received support from relevant departments and media outlets.

The mini-programme centers on the theme of "Twelve Scenes of the Central Axis" and presents the cultural significance of the Central Axis through a three-part framework: "Foundations Through Time and Space", "Craftsmanship and Cultural Spirit", and "Enduring Cultural Legacy". It features four main functional modules:
Exploration Module: Uses multimedia formats to build a knowledge base of the Central Axis.
Landmark Module: Provides detailed interpretations of 12 selected landmark sites.
Experience Module: Offers interactive features such as check-ins and message boards.
Guide Module: Provides tour route planning and practical visitor information.
This innovative initiative uses the model "knowledge empowerment – digital experience – international communication" to promote the dissemination of the culture of the Central Axis, enabling a shift from static heritage to dynamic civilizational dialogue.
