Ruan Huaiwei, a 1999 graduate of the Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, has held positions at Anhui Science and Technology Publishing House, Anhui Education Publishing House, Times New Media Publishing Co., Ltd., and Anhui Children’s Publishing House. He has served as Deputy Director, Editor-in-Chief, and Director at these institutions. Ruan is a recipient of the Special Allowance from the Anhui Provincial Government and has been honored with numerous awards, including the China Publishing Government Award for Outstanding Publishing Figure, National Digital Publishing Annual Innovation Figure, China Book Industry Digital Publishing Person of the Year, and Influential Digital Publishing Figure. He was named an “Innovative Leading Talent” under the Anhui Provincial Special Support Plan by the Organization Department of the Anhui Provincial Committee and won the Second Prize of the Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Award. He has led or participated in over 60 national, provincial, and municipal projects.
