
Wan Jie graduated in 1984 from the Printing Machinery program at Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication. He is the Chairman of Artron Cultural Group, a Senior Engineer, and a Doctoral Supervisor. He is a recipient of the National May 1st Labor Medal. Wan currently serves as a Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a Member of the Central Committee of the China Democratic League, Vice President of the China Copyright Association, Vice Chairman of the China Cultural Promotion Association, Vice President of the Corporate Citizenship Committee, Initiator and Director of the Beijing Palace Museum Cultural Relics Protection Foundation, Vice President of the Palace Museum Academy, Director of the SEE Foundation for Ecological Conservation (Alashan), and Founder of the Artron Art Foundation. In 2020, on the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, he was recognized as an Innovative Entrepreneur and Outstanding Model Figure.
