Zhao Pengfei, a 1996 graduate of Beijing Institute of Graphic Communication, is the President of the China Academy of Printing Technology. He is a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance and serves as a member of the National Strategic Advisory Committee for Building a Manufacturing Power and Chair of ISO/TC130. He specializes in printing standardization and intelligentization, and has led the development of the C9 China Printing and Packaging Quality Control System, which filled a critical gap in the domestic industry.
